Convert rentbuddy.co Into Hybrid App for iOS and Android

Create a hybrid mobile app for [login to view URL] on iOS and Android. The site is already fully mobile responsive, we just need to use Ionic or a similar framework to package the site as a hybrid app and perhaps add a few, small customizations (like a splash screen when app is opened). The hybrid app should be built so that it is easily update-able, and includes full functionality of rentbuddy.co. Note that very little custom work will be expected, this job is just to package the site as a hybrid mobile app for iOS and Android, NOT to create the app or add anything to the app. The site is pretty complicated and includes iFrames and some fairly complex functionality. There may or may not be additional debugging to get everything working in the hybrid app. For this reason, applicants must have a solid understanding of javascript, HTML, and CSS to fix any errors encountered. We need someone who is skilled and will be able to finish this task with minimal input/help from us. We also want the project completed within 3 weeks.
