I do 3d modeling work and have produced animations made from still frames to be put into an interactive javascript user interface. I used a .PSD file to give a clear idea of the project. I have recently started a company in the U.S. that does this type of work so I can give future projects if you can do this at a reasonable rate. NOTE: I have some example scripts from past animations that can help you do this so you won't be starting from scratch, if you want to see these scripts please contact me and I can send them.
