CEA website

I need a website setup. It is for a distribution company I am importng products form: [login to view URL];secName=Van+Damme (note there are 5 pages of products - Van Damme cable only) [login to view URL] (note there are 21 products listed down the side) [login to view URL];L=1 (note there are 8 product categories, each with about a dozen products per category) [login to view URL] (there are 3 catogies with about 2-5 products per category) [login to view URL] (as above) there are also 2 more brands. (further information provided later) I need a website set up with a common look and feel, with an awesome front page that looks dynamic. I love the [login to view URL] website. I would like a website homepage like this with the "focus" look to then drill down into more specific pages in the website. I also want the product pages to be like this: [login to view URL],pcatid,113,_psmand,[login to view URL] simple, clean, dark background I am engaging a grpahic designer to assist with the graphics and exact layout and page information. I also need a generic pages about the brands, contact us, news I need a back end to be able to manage the product information, update datasheet downloads, pictures etc The website MUST be able to be run on [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) i also want the ablity for people to be able to buy product online, checkout etc (mastercard/visa etc) i also want a link to a database to say if the product is in stock or not both prices and stock levels need to be managed somehow The online store must be a separate website [login to view URL] I dont want people who are looking for product information to be plagued with pricing information and stock informatino
