SPA for identity management (proof of capacity)

I need a SPA based on [login to view URL] to implement a user management function. This application will use the ASP.NET Identity 2.0 and WebAPI (not MVC). It will need to support : 1- Login Page (with a remember me option) 1.1 - Need to be able to logoff 1.2 - Need to be time out automatcally after 10 minutes 1.3 - Need to lockout after 5 invalid login attempts 2- Change Password Page 3- Add/Remove/Reset password/Unlock Users Page (only admin users have access to this) 3.1 - New users will receive an email with link to confirm their subscription 3.2 - Link must expire if not used within 24 hours. It must confirm the email of the user when link is clicked 3.3 - user need to change their password when login in the first time 3.4- users info: UserCode, FirstName, LastName, EMail, CustomerNumber (just a numeric field), CreationDate, three possible roles (admin, super user, user) 4 - Forgot password Page (they need to use their UserCode or email) 4.1 - will receive an email with link when requesting their new password. 4.2 - Link must expire if not used within 24 hours. 4.3 - Enforce Strong Password Policy 5- Implement a dummy page that retrieves data only when authenticated from the WepAPI 5.1 - retrieve data based on User Role Specific info - Needs to work with regional settings (i.e. Creation Date must be based on server time zone but display with local time zone settings in browser) - Interface and messages needs Internationalization (i.e. must be delivered in two languages, english and another of you choice) - Must implement AntiForgeryToken - Must have responsive design (PC Browser version, and Phone Version)
