I have good experiences developing code in Python Programming language for web scraping , data mining and Machine learning projects. These type of application can be easily and efficiently implemented in Python. for these projects i usually use BeatifulSoup and Urllib2(Requests) packages for web scraping and Numpy , Scipy , scikit-learn and Pandas libraries for Data mining and machine learning. for Natural language processing also i can use NLTK library. I also familiar with deep learning libraries like tensorflow and theano. and i have taken five online courses on big data framework Spark with PySpark. For your project i think i should use only standard library in python and doing some code from scratch. I am new freelancer and i want to do project to give good review i aslo interested data science and big data application so i will do at this price. Thanks
