I am very familiar with the Apriori algorithm. Currently I am implementing CloseGraph for mining frequent patterns in a large graph database for my PhD. Similar concept, but applied to graphs (and pattern growth, rather than apriori based). Implementing Apriori in Java isn't too difficult, as I have done it before in the past. I can provide a full gradle project with compilable source code, ready for any IDE you want.
