Contract Management Portal

We want to build a multi-role portal with the following functions: -Client role: fill in the contract details, through a form / wizard, with the information necessary in order to draft a contract - Contract manager role: create, edit and delete contract templates, which make use of the set of information associated with a contract; generate, validate and archive contracts, by selecting a template and a set of information inserted by the client, and also several additional data (e.g. discount); generate a billing schedule based on the validated contract; adding additional sub-documents, contract renewal and contract canceling - Bill manager role: generate bills according to the billing schedule; send them by email / print them; receive warnings if the bill payment deadline is close or overdue; manually insert late payment penalties - Payment manager role: generate receipts based on bills and cash payments; manually close the bills payed through the bank - Reporting: dashboard with statistical info: number of clients, total annual income, average income per client; detailed reports for each client, concerning the payment history - Export Excel / PDF: reports and all other documents (contracts, bills, receipts) can be exported to XLS, PDF or printed directly from the portal.
