Hi, I would like to have a program will scan a folder in my PC to send out the PDF file to a pre-define email address automatically once the file in the folder and move the file to a backup folder once the email was sent. Also, a SMS will send out once email was sent (I will provide a API to send SMS) The program need to run on Windows 7 & Windows 8, all config (send from email address, send to email address , path of fileer...etc) need to store in a editable text file. * The folder may contain more than one PDF in the same time, so the program need to send out the PDF file one by one. Thank you.

I can create a bot that would automatically email all the pdf in a folder to all attended receiver. It would also be able to send out a sms, short messaging service text, once the job has completed. I've created a few custom automation bots that require reading data from a text file and perform tasks accordingly. I've also worked on bots that needed to read all the files in a given folder. I hope you find my experience accommodating to your requirements.
