This was the email my client received after sending his appeal to reinstate his account:

What are your goals in this project?
My client want to create a new channel that is eligible for monetization.
I will need you to upload our videos on the new YouTube channel and set up a long term search engine optimization promotion mechanism on the channel. Your work will help ensure that my client's videos get promoted to the fullest extent with maximum tags and keywords. You should have a fast and reliable Internet connection. If you have a deep understanding of Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu music, it will be considered an asset.
Payment will be a quick $20 USD for this task. If you do a great job at promoting my client's music, I will pay a bonus milestone.
