Google owns 95% of the search engine market share in India, versus 3% for Yahoo/Bing and remaining 2% are owned by other search engines. Considering these numbers, I would strongly recommend to run PPC activity on Google through Adwords to maximise reach. Otherwise Yahoo and Bing could be other options worth considering.
