Create/Manage a PPC Campaign -- 3

I'm looking for a PPC marketer willing to work on commission. I run a music education agency start-up in London called Teach Tutti ([login to view URL]). We have qualified instrumental teachers and arrange home tuition for students throughout the capital. The aim of this project is to recruit 140 students to Teach Tutti. These must be quality customers that will continue learning with the company beyond their initial lesson payment. The campaigns on Google Adwords have already been created and need to be developed and maintained. The marketer will have a budget of up to £10,000. The initial commission per student is £40 for a four lesson block. I am also prepared to pay revenue to the marketer beyond the initial payment for each new student e.g. £120 for the first three lesson block payments. This will be subject to negotiation with the marketer. There is no fixed time period to this project. However, I would expect to reach this number of students within a year of the project commencing.
