Content Marketing: Oversee the production of 10 blog post

We are working on an early stage tech startup operating in the recruiting scene. In particular, we are building a marketplace where everyone can help improve the quality of new hires, starting with developers. While it's true the developer might initially not possess the soft skills, traditional recruiters would have, we are confident these skills will be acquired as competition between those making recommendations grows through a review/reputation mechanism built on the quality of their recommendations made to hiring managers. We have brought an intern to produce 10 blog post within a month time frame (2-3 per week) with the intent of creating interest and awareness into our startup. However, this intern is inexperience both in marketing and in terms of her writing skills. We would like to bring someone in who can act as her mentor. He/she should not produce the materials for the intern, but rather act as a guidance. Such person would also be tasked with laying out the goals needed to be accomplished in each blog post, and providing her with consistent feedback. In a nutshell, the freelancer would be compensated for overseeing this project, and for training the intern, and his/her involvement in the actual writing of the blog post should be minimal. However, all published materials must be proofread. This is a month long project (intern will have to deliver to freelancer 2-3 blog post per week for his/her approval), and at the end the intern would need to receive an evaluation (3 stars, 4 stars, etc) Estimated compensation: 120$ USD, broken down into 4 milestones of 30$ per 2-3 blog post delivered (the intern would usually take a week to produce that amount).
