I did a little cursory research, as a professional is wont to do, before bidding and I found two somewhat conflicting resources: 1. Craigslist ToS claims that it is illegal to create any tool or software to automatically upload ads to the site. This, I imagine, was your assumption based on your mention of IP tracing and discretion. 2. Craigslist offers a public bulk API for doing exactly what it says is illegal in number 1. The API was most recently updated in January, so I have to imagine that it is valid and I understand that AIRBnB uses it, so that's a nice legal cover. That being said, I would be willing to work closely with you to come up with some kind of software that could automate all of this through Craigslists API - to match both their specifications and yours.
