Chinese Social Media Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to create, develop and maintain customer engagement through various Chinese Social media. (Sina Weibo, Tencent Weibo, QQ, Ren Ren etc.) We need you to have: - 1+ years of experience with social media platforms and online communities - Ability to speak, read and write in both Mandarin and English - Strong presentation skills - Excellent written and oral communications - A detail-oriented and organized nature Responsibilities include: - Developing social media content and ensuring all queries are being responded to in a time efficient manner - Responding to consumer/employee inquiries and engaging in online conversation - Pinpointing key group members and looking for ways to partner with them - Ensuring all brand guidelines and standards are met by working closely with marketing and legal teams
