Business partner – Online Recruiting Business

A partner for an online job board needed. I look for a person for an emerging job board (with worldwide job listings) with e-marketing knowledge and ideas (preferably with experience in online recruiting, e-commerce, SEO, at least some web design, etc.) to share responsibilities and fun and money :) while moving the business forward. I have good hosting and software, just need additional proactive help with promoting the site (selling and marketing solutions, mass-mailing, some customer service, web design improvements, etc.) Me: female, 41, quite a lot experience in online recruiting. The required partner: has the above mentioned expertise, high work ethics and willingness to engage himself/herself (work from your premises, flexible hours) and be paid (50/50) from the income we make.
