I have a legal services website for Costa Rica. I'm looking for a monthly SEO package to improve my search engine rankings for costaricalawyer.com. We were number one on google but not now. This all NEEDS to be WHITE HAT ONLY. I want natural links. Please detail what you will provide every 30 days and also how often I will be updated. I want to be on the first page for different keyword searches on Google, Bing, and Yahoo. I understand that this may take a few months to complete, but I also know I should see progress each month. I'm not going to keep someone for months if I'm not seeing gradual progress each month. At the end of each month I will review the progress before continuing to the next month. You must follow all of the requirements below. Again this will be a month-by-month basis. I'm not expecting to be on the first page in the 1st month, but I expect to see gradual progress. The page where the link is posted must be PR3 or greater (not just a page ranking from the homepage). -Links must be on a www, no sub domains. -Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. -Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. -Links must to be with anchor text I will provide you if you are awarded the job. -Link pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within the last 60 days. -No Upfront payments will be done. All payments will be milestone released at the end of each month. -Must be 100% Google Panda and Penguin friendly. -Must be on the 1st page of Google for different keyword searches such as "Costa Rica Lawyer", "Costa Rica legal services", "Costa Rica immigration, etc. Please provide package details via pm.
