ADD MY SITE TO GOOGLE

Hello I have just recently built my site using word press! I cannot seem to find my site by searching in google. In the past I have built alot simpler websites and immediately without any effort it was listed in google. I am not looking for rankings or SEO I am looking to get my site in google when searching exact name so please do not tell me I need to do SEO and it will take 3 months. I have done the basics as far as entering my site in google and I have gmail so I already added my site in there as well. There must be a problem within the site home page that probably needs to be figured out.... I need someone who will be able to handle the project right away and has to be experienced for this project as I do not have anytime to waste...Please do not bid if you are not gonna be able to fulfill this project
