CPA Lead Generation Project - 1000 leads per week

EXPERIENCE LEAD GEN PROVIDERS ONLY. I am looking for a contractor to generate leads for my CPA campaign. This a lead generation offer; Payable on email submit. This contract is for 1000 qualified leads per week. After a successful month, this will become an ongoing monthly campaign and the weekly lead caps may increase. The selected candidate will be driving traffic to a simple URL based lead capture form and will be paid for every successful email submission (with accompanying details). I am looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, punctual, responsive, transparent and reliable. All leads generated by you and/or your company must adhere to the terms and conditions: TERM & CONDITIONS *Only USA quality traffic and sign-ups *Only unique and confirmed Leads *Only unique and confirmed IP addresses no proxies, or rotating IP. *No subcontracting *No fake Emails *No duplicates and fraudulent sign ups *No Automated Methods *No Cookie Cleaners *No Black Hat/Spam *No use of proxy servers *No Incentive Traffic *No Auto Bots or Software *Must be REAL People who are interested in Whatever is being promoted *You and/or your company must adhere to the specific rules and guidelines provided for each offer you are to promote. **FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE RULES & CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR SERVICES AND FORFEITURE OF ALL PAY** IN OTHER WORDS, these MUST be REAL People who are interested in whatever is being promoted. After that initial payment, you will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. This is a Pay Per Qualified Lead Campaign. Payouts per lead will be $0.20 per lead. This can increase based on good quality lead being generated. We do not accept milestone payment request!! THERE WILL BE NO UPFRONT PAYMENT. SO DO NOT ASK!! For approval process, please bid, and provide your method in which leads will be generated; type of traffic, geo region, an idea of how you will track etc. I repeat, if you fail to adhere to these important points, you will be terminated from service and payment will be with held. Final instructions and details on the actual campaign(s) will be provided before you get hired so the selected candidate can ensure they are able to generate the leads required for the specific campaign.
