Collect and record specific item information for online stor

I have a list of about 5,000 items with a short name, reference number, and Manufacturer name. I need somebody who can accurately collect images and information for the items. The images collected need to be of each item, with a file name structured as I will specify to the winning bidder. The images will then need to be transferred to our FTP server. Again, that information will be provided to the winning bidder. For each item we provide, there is some information that MUST be collected, and there is some optional information that we would like, but is not required. The information types are below: Required information to be gathered: Item title - must accurately describe the item with relevant information with between 40 and 55 characters Weight - the weight per each unit or item - must be in US pounds (lbs), for example 1 lb 4 oz =1.25 Description - Completely describe the item with accurate information with a minimum of 45 characters (prefer 75 characters, or more) Unit of Measure - is the item weight provided per each item, per foot, etc.? Image Name - this is the file name of the image you found for the item and placed on our FTP server Manufacturer Model Number - if different from Reference Number provided. Desired (but not required) information to be gathered: Length Dimension - in inches Width Dimension - in inches Depth Dimension - in inches UPC - if available from the manufacturer, we would like to have the Universal Product Code number for each item Cross Reference Information - if the product crosses over or replaces any other products, please record that information Approvals - if the item has any specific approvals listed, please record those Specifications - Any important information or specifications pertinent to the product (eg: nominal size, air flow, hp, material, color, finish, design, application, etc.) Competitor Pricing - The price at which two or three online retailers are selling the same product. We would like to have this project completed within 2 weeks. We will provided specific details to the winning bidder, or to anyone who feels they need the specific details to make an accurate bid. We will also provide the spreadsheet (Excel) format for the information to be recorded in. Thank you!
