Design/drawing of a room layout design for the home page

Hello there, I have, I think, a simple drawing/illustration project. This is my second attempt at doing this, so PLEASE, PLEASE, read it carefully, check the link and attached file before you make your bid. It is important that we do not waste each other's time and money. I need an illustration/drawing of a flat/house layout for the home page similar to the one here. I would like you to make such changes so nobody can accuse us of copy right breach or stealing. Hence we need all elements, maybe slightly altered layout, maybe mirror reflection (left on the right, right on the left), addition of washing machine in the kitchen, etc... BUT... I would like to stress, the quality needs to be maintained... similar or even better, as it is supposed to be used as a main element on the home page for the new cleaning business. I would also need some addition of a small compact element, drawings of: 1) "after building" mess (a bucket and paint brush, maybe a part of a brick or two, - something indicating that the refurbishment/building went on here), 2) A small ironing board/ironed clothes/shirts and an iron 3) after-party mess (some balloons, deflated/broken balloons, empty wine/beer bottle or two, etc...) something indicating that we had a party last night here - please check my file attached. Firstly, the drawing should be developed in just a black/white (black line). I may ask you to add some filling colours as it is in the presented example. However, it depends what the developer says. Alternatively, I may ask you to complete the entire website like the one shown in the link... this would be the entire separate project. Please serious and reasonable bidders. As you can see, I require ONE drawing, but good quality, some imagination and smart initiative needed. I realise this is not a very complex project, but still, I require somebody who can follow the instructions and feedback "to the letter" so that we do not need to go over and over again the same things. I am still looking for a good illustrator here... Can you do that? Thank you.
