Add new functionality to HTML/jQuery parcel shipping form - hourly

I would like to add new functionality to the following test form: [login to view URL] (after successful testing the new functionality will be added to a live form embedded on a wordpress website: [login to view URL]). On the right hand side of the form you'll see a box displaying price and collection / delivery times - I would like to add some more information to the box, similar as in the following example: [login to view URL]~33#/results (see attached screenshot). There will be 2 icons ('collection service' and 'no printer required') so additional information will show (fold down) when clickig on them, exactly as in the given parcel2go example. Also a script will have to be added which will calculate collection time and display: "Collection tomorrow if you book in the next 3hours". So if the client books a parcel until 9PM the collection will take place tomorrow. Feel free to ask if you have any additional questions.
