CKEditor Plugin

We're looking for someone experienced in developing CKEditor plugins. The plugin needs to allow the user to add and reorder images in a modal in the browser window. The user must also be able to remove uploaded images from this element. In terms of the UI for now, the users must be able to right click on an element on a page and have the option to "Edit Image Slide Show" A simple dialogue will appear with the heading Edit Image Slide Show (in the default CK Editor dialogue fashion). The user would then be asked to "Please select the images you would like to be displayed." with the current images pre filled in. There would then be a choose your image box, which we can link into CKFinder for them to browse and upload. Wireframes and a complete spec will be supplied.
