We would like to have facebook/Linkedln /Yammer like feature where whenever user enter URL under posting section, relevant information of the URL is displayed under the section like Image, MetaTag, Title and Relevant Description. Current application is java based application (JSP/Tomcat) Please have a look respective site to understand the requirement as all feature related to this functionality will come under this scope.

I have made a similar plugin for a website I have been working on a while ago. It was a simple script, that displayed the image in the url if it refered to an image file, or the title of the webpage. As I understand you need a more complex version of that plugin, and it shouldn't be too hard for me to implement it. I would really like to work on this project, and can start as soon as you wish.
