I am after: - a very simple website designed to attract customers to pay to download a spreadsheet of data - To purchase the spreadsheet, customer enters: --> Their email address --> Their first name / last name --> Their phone number --> Two options for payment: Paypal or credit card using a credit card processor (suggestions welcome) - Upon successful payment customer is invited to download the spreadsheet - Customer should have a contact form page in case they have question or their download somehow failed Expected output: - A small functioning website as described above where customers can buy the spreadsheet - The website design is part of the job, I expect something visualy very attractive Attached is a trivial sample page to give you an idea, but I expect yours to be a lot better!

I have worked with e-commerce download solutions before. I would suggest using stripe or PayPal as your credit card processor. It would probably be easiest to use PayPal.
