Ad sharing website development

Hello, We are going to start a website for Marketing purpose. We are selling lots of products online. We want to promote our products through social networking sites. Please review the following requirements carefully. 1) There is two types of users will be there initially. Promoter & Admin. 2) Here admin (we) is the advertiser. Admin will have option to Upload some Image/Msg/News etc on admin panel. He can assgin these ads to be shared by some promoters with an expiry date. Also User management is required. 2) Promoter's pages are public , any one can create login account here. Email confirmation is required. The user need to share his facebook basic details (As a thirdparty we will need to ask permission to them & fetch those details. We need mostly Number of friends, current city, Gender etc. 3) The Promoters can share their Ad's via face book. For example, if Iam releasing releasing a new software, I will Upload an image/video with link & data regarding the software in admin panel. This has be shared by the promoter (Publicly). 4) Sharing option should be like this. When a promoter logs-in he should see list of Ads assigned by admin to him. In each ad three buttons/links have to be there. Share, Confirm, Don't like to share. - If Share button is clicked, it should be shared on his facebook publicly - After Sharing, the user should click confirm button. If he clicks confirm button, at the back-end it should verify whether the link shared correctly from the user (Pulicly has to be shared. If its a valid share, add reward points. If its invalid share show error message. - This point is irrelevant & want to ensure you read this entire requirement. Please start your message with "Adshare".Else application will be rejected. - If the user clicks, 'Don't like to share' the Ad can be removed from the list after a confirmation message. Initially we need to have very basic setup. And after that we want to grow this website with more features.
