I was tasked with migrating a WordPress website and so I just copied all of the files via FTP over to a new host, but when I tryed to access the website it said "error establishing database connection" I released I forgot to move the WordPress database and by that time the person who I was doing this for deleted there old hosting account. I was able to fix the error by creating a new db but it cleared the website so it was just the new default WordPress website. the person who I am migrating this for contacted the hosting company to restore the account. they were able to recover the database (or at least part of it, im not sure if its the hole thing) but the website still isnt completely recovered and now all the pages just say 404 error. long story short I need someone to restore the website using only the files and the database.
