Digital Illustration: Portrait

I'm looking for someone to create a digital illustration of my friend's portrait as a gift. The concept is of her glancing down (eyes more so than head) at a baby turtle she is holding in one hand up to her face. It is to be an upper-body portrait that is nude but nothing explicit is to be shown as her breasts should be partially off-canvas and otherwise obscured by her arm/hand. The background should be blank/pure white. Please refer to the relevant references I have attached, I will also provide photo references of my friend to the selected winner (she has a very short hairstyle if that matters). The portrait style should be realistic or near so but NOT done with vector graphics. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A portfolio link would be helpful and I would prefer that anyone who bids also be available for a second portrait of a similar or less complexity of the same model after the completion of this first one. This project is not time sensitive, up to 2 weeks or so for completion is fine, if you can finish sooner that's great too but not necessarily weighted heavily. Thank you in advance for your interest.
