I am looking for design partners to work on a new collection for tall women. North is a British brand which will cater for women over 5'10" who are seeking elegant tailored pieces that can carry across seasons. Our target market is aged 30+ professionals and parents who want a collection they can rely on each season which has been tailord to the taller, leaner body and is beautifully designed to mix and match with other high street fashion pieces. Our designs will be simple and classic, high quality pieces in a muted colour palette, made from soft cottons, linens and wools. I am a professional fashion designer from NIFT, Mumbai (one of Asia's leading fashion college) and have a work experience of more than 2 years with retail brands, and fashion designers where I have designed collections and executed the designs. Macy's, INC, GAP, Aeropostale, Park Avenue, Reliance Trends are to name a few. I have also Worked for Lakme Fashion Week collection of Kunal Rawal. I have been designing collections and accessories for various brands, startups and clients from around the world including Dubai, Texas, London, Indonesia, etc. I handle the tech pack development, print design, embroidery design, silhouette ideas, illustration and garment construction for the collections. I am one of the top 10 national level graphic designers selected by World Skills Organizations, 2013. Hence, I am fast and well versed with all graphic designing software.

Hello. I know the trends in fashion, engaged in the creation of women's, men's and children's clothing, and I can sew it. I have experience in sewing for 20 years, in fashion design - more then 10 years. I have the skills: - Development of models of women's, men's and children's clothing - from idea to sketch; - Sketching clothing patterns on paper and with the help of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop); - Technical drawing sketches; - The selection and combination of fabrics and accessories for clothing patterns; - Work with different types of fabrics (silk, chiffon, wool mixture, wool, cotton, woolen cloth, knitwear, cotton, fleece, faux fur and other species); - Work with different types of sewing accessories.

Hello I believe I have the right set of skills for your project and would love to be considered for your job. Here's a little bit about me,I have over 4 years experience designing shapes and print for contemporary retailers on both the UK & European high street. From working as a fashion designer I have a clear understanding of garment construction, placement prints and communicating with factories and suppliers. I have regularly worked with factories based in Leicester, Turkey and the Far East. I would be able to put you in contact with these people. They all have excess to amazing fabrics and factories. am looking for a new challenge and want to push myself within my design skills.
