Design an e-mail news letter for an apartment for rent

We need to present an apartment for rent in a news letter. The news letter has to be designed and also coded so that we can just copy it and paste it as an e-mail and send it to the different contacts. The news letter will content the title, the description of the apartment, different pictures of the apartments, the contact data of the person to contact (E-Mail, two telephon numbers, each with the name of country the for which the number is dedicated for before the number ). The end of the mail should contain the signature data of the sender (name, e-mail address, name of our company, address of our company ). The footer of the mail should contain the name of our company, one line description of two additional service we offer and the internet link of the service. The different texts are already available.
