I will use the font that you need , first i will reasearch bear designs to use as a base in the same way as the Hecho en Mexico eagle is, and i will draw it then vectorize it on Adobe Illustrator then make the logo with a nice font, the most similar one to the Hecho en Mexico one, if you have it, it is better.
