Design a Rose Design T-Shirt

I would like to create a design for the front of a t-shirt that would fill up about 15x15 inches. The design is to be one color, and I need the image to be grouped together so that I can change these colors with very little experience in Illustrator. This will be printed on black shirts so I would like the design to be white. I need the files in illustrator and Photoshop format. The idea, as the title suggests, is a Rose Outline, similar to a tattoo style. I would like the design to be based off of the picture attached. It is important to note that this is for a mens clothing line, so nothing too feminine in the design. As you can see by the pictures I am not looking for much color, most of it is linework. I will also need the words "Oblivious Threads" above or below the design in a curved design. If you accept this project, I will have a contract for you to sign that gives me all the rights to the design, and lets me do as I please with it after.
