Design a Logo for an innovative, sustainable, healthy new mixed-use project in downtown Phoenix

This real estate project is going to be located in downtown Phoenix along Roosevelt Row. We want to change how people interact with the built environment, creating healthier, more inclusive, enjoyable, sustainable spaces for people to live/work/play. The building is going to be 100% powered by solar energy. It will have edible landscaping and green living walls. We will have an electric care sharing program for the residents and community to use. The whole goal of the project is to create a better future for all. The building is located at the corner of Roosevelt and 3rd Ave and we think it is fitting to have the logo be R^3 (R cubed) to not only highlight the location (Roosevelt and 3rd Ave) but also pay homage to the old saying of - reduce, reuse, recycle. In addition to all of the above we are going to have positive sayings on the side of the building like "Consume Less, Conserve More, Live Better!" or "Hugs are free, So are kisses, spend as much as you want!"
