Design & Jquery Charts

Attached 4 bmp files are subject of this job. We need first 3 widgets have a chart on body and last widget is just css, html design. you can use html5 and css3. Transparency is important factor. You will need to use a free available chart component which supports jquery. You will need to do all the jquery integration of the designs. The real data will be implemented from our coders using php. So we like to have easy interface of real data. you will need to do a smart css tagging with ids and classes, this is important, we dont want to spend extra time for id tagging the required objects. you will deliver a working html5,css3,jquery code with demo data. Third widget has a tabbing (per year). The final design needs to be approved, design is most important criter, you need to design similar on our mockups but be open for changes... Bid only if you can deliver this with proper backend coding, i wont pay any mess on coding. We are tired to fix coding issues. UI and Backend must be equivalent good. Thanks for bidding
