Create template and Plugin/Extension for either joomla/drupal/wordpress

1.- I will install the latest stable version of Joomla/drupal or Wordpress in my own server. 2.- I will provide credentials for you to intall the template you will create for me. 3.- The template has the same look as the website: [login to view URL] 4.- You can use the same logo and menu structure. 5.- Do not use content from the [login to view URL] site, just logo, colors, layout, look and feel. I do not own that site. What do I need this site for? A.- I need a plugin/extension that can do the things below. B.- I need to create Offices and Users or Services. 1.- I need to display Offices, Addresses, People, Contact Points(phone, mail, opening hours), Languages, Support Coverage, Swap(24-36-48),, sales phone, support phone, in map and in listing form. 2.- I need to categorize the Offices like in Warehouse, Local Stock, Subsidiary, Distributor, Reseller, Global Account, Country Partner, Tender and Support. Offices can belong to one or more categories. When the above is done. 1.- I need to be able to create a company with its office locations around the world and run this company with its locations toward one or several categories from above, in order to get a list of new offices and the matching category offices. 2.- The list has to be in a layout which can be printed out in a neat way. 3.- I also want to be able to see the result in a map. It doesnt have to be google maps, it can be something simpler, as long as one can see the countries clearly. Doing this in google maps it can give problems due to the API limitations it has. Example of the resulting task. 1.- I go the the wordpress/joomla/drupal site. a.- Be able to see a list of each category by selecting what part of the category you want to see. Whether it is company name, address, country, phone, mail, opening hours, administrator name. One can see the list or locations in map. Example: I want to see all Subsidiary names and phone number only. I choose the name and phone number field in the category for subsidiary and push enter. I click on list or map. I also need to be able to: 1.- Create New company and its offices. 2.- Check Category or Categories you want to run the new company against. 3.- Push a button and get a list with the just created office and the respective category offices on the right . 4.- There should be the choice to view a listing view and a map view. Example: Someone ask me. What Resellers are located in this new company location? You create the new company, and choose the elements of the category you want to see displayed either in list form or map. It is important to understand that there are offices that belong to the website which are the ones that are match to new companies we create later. Imagine I create a category called Support, with language coverage, phone, mail and opening hours. Then when we create a new office we can check the support category and get a list of the countries where we have support. I hope you understand the idea.
