Create a Organiser Webpage

Create a Organiser webpage where i have 1 area to create new customer with kontakt details and some more İnformation about him/her and a 2nd area where i can Create my Products with details... this systems must show pontential customers depend on input from area1 & area2. Firstly we need a admin page where i can create Users to accses our system, each User have his own login & Database this user have permission to add Operators under his account this Operators can use the system with my defined rules so we need a option where i determine the Operators with read&write acsess. This system must be easy to use and stable no one can copy the code or acsess to the pages without login
