Create a Font Based on Specifications

I require a font designer to review the specifications contained within the zip file. The font graphics are shown to correspond with keyboard keys. The core font used is Corbel and has design elements around it, such as circles enclosing the letter, or a # (sharp) indicator , for instance. Please review the document thoroughly before bidding. After the bid is accepted, we will require a Skype conversation with you to walk you through the various pages. The font needs to be scalable and of quality. The circles drawn in our document are by hand, but we will require a digital version done through your design software, to make the font look professional.
