Convert an existing webpage into a HTML5 WordPress Template

I created the logo and webpage ([login to view URL]) for my parents company awhile ago so they had something to show their clients. I am not a graphic designer and I am not a webpage expert so lets be honest.. the logo is terrible and the webpage doesn't look very good compared to the beautiful HTML5 webpages that exist today. I am looking for a webpage / graphic designer to create a new logo for the company and convert the existing webpage content into a nice looking HTML5 WordPress template. I am totally open to however creative you want to get but all I really want is the webpage to look good by today's standard and present a company that is professional and an expert in its field. I want the webpage in WordPress as I have a basic understanding of it and will be able to easily maintain the webpage through it. I don't expect you to write any content. However I am open to any suggestions about the existing content so long as it helps the webpage look good, look professional and be viewed better by search engines. I am also happy to remove some of the existing pages if they can be integrated elsewhere into the theme, eg. remove the contact us webpage and have a contact form sitting in the footer of every page. Overall, this is a fairly simply project involving three main steps: 1. Design a nice looking, professional logo that fits the company. 2. Find a nice looking, professional WordPress template that works with your designed logo. 3. Use the words and pictures on the existing webpage and copy/paste them into the new WordPress template creating a fantastic and professional looking webpage that you would be proud to show in your portfolio!
