Colour Floorplan sketch of my house (Floorplan, pool and yard area)

Looking for someone to do a colour floorplan sketch of my house including backyard and frontyard, pool, trees, driveway etc based on supplied aerial shot and existing architectural internal floorplan (it's a little unclear but is all I have). Doesn't have to be to scale just want simple but professional looking graphic I can use for sale listing for the property. Note - for aspect of the internals verse externals bed 3 and 4 are at the back of the property in aerial shot. Bedroom 1 faces driveway and the outdoor entertainment area faces onto pool. I have also included rough sketch on garage/workshop/storage level of property that I also want represented separately in the finished sketch. (note: there are double doors leading from garage to workshop and single door from workshop to underhouse storage area.)
