Cleaning Up My Website (Please read the description before bidding)

We need to clean up our site in general. We have the basic structure & format, but need to clean it up to make it more aesthetic & functional. We’re open to your expertise as to how to improve the site. We’re open to any other suggestions in terms of color, format, etc. if it improves the look & functionality of the site. We’d like to keep using the Builder Theme from iThemes that we’re currently working with. website URL is [login to view URL] To Do’s: 1)Remove dotted lines separating sections 2)Center the Widgets within the page 3)Center the advertising within the widgets (and demonstrate to me how to do it in the future) 4)Change/improve the navigation buttons (ie "Previous" "Next" navigation buttons) & at the bottom of the page (similar to how [login to view URL] does it) 5)Alignment: 5a) Align the “Check It Out” buttons & also make the post preview text to be uniform 6)Create a Contact Form – This will be used for general contact & also for content submissions. We’re not sure where we’re going to put it, but we’d like it created & also need instructions on how to find it & make it go live. Info needed: Name & Email required Subject Line optional Text Box 7)Email Subscription Box – we aren’t sure if we’re going to use Aweber, Mailchimp, or some other service, but we want to start building our email list. 8)Social Media integration – similar how to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], & [login to view URL] does theirs. We’d also like for people to hover over the images & be able to “Pin” to Pinterest. We’d like links to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & Pinterest. 9)Clean up the Footer & Header.
