Change logo/design so we can print them (long time collaboration)

We're selling doormats with logo. For each order we need a file so we can produce them. This means the designs/logo should be transformed to the correct colorscheme (e.g. 16 colors, 32 colors, full color) sizes, background color and resolutions. Artwork specifications: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Here some examples of the designs [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Workproces: we’ll send the design/ logo from our customer to you. You’ll make design and send it back to us, we’ll ask for an approval from our customer. If customer is not satisfied, we’ll send the desired changes to you, untill the customer is satisfied with the design. Logo will be adapted on an average of 2 times (changes must be done as soon as possible). Some designs will be done in 5 minutes, other will take longer When we're satisfied it will be on a long term! It would be handy if you're available at our office times (9 - 17) UTC+01:00 Amsterdam (because changes should be done as fast as possible during our office times)
