I am not really bidding, but trying to explain what is wrong with your site. You have 2 divs (content, and footer-wrapper). You declared the chair image as a background-image... so it will ALWAYS be behind and cropped by the div of the wrapper, which is a block element and a parent to site-footer-widgets. My suggestion is to put the chair image (with transparency or alpha channel) as another div content, not as a background image, but positioned relatively. You should be able to fix this under a couple of minutes yourself. If you need help or have any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact me. Do not worry, I won't charge for this one.
