I have 2 web pages (Login + Home Page) for which I need UI design mainly in CSS and to some extent in html & jQuery. The home page has multiple tabs and dialogs. I will provide html interface of current pages for various tabs and dialogs (currently best viewed in Chrome) for which CSS & layout need to be added without changing the existing html structure except when warranted for. I need a very professional cross platform aesthetic user interface with appropriate context dependent images and other stylish effects through out the UI. The job requires more of an aptitude for design other than the coding skills. So, please bid only if you can design creatively rather than simply changing some colors& fonts or asking me for some reference design from where it can be copied or requiring me to micro manage.
