CAR PARK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - open to bidding

Nyali Centre ParkinG Management System 1. The parking capacity is 250 vehicles maximum at a time. 2. The parking charge will be Ksh. 200/- per hour and for any additional hours will be charged .1000/- per hour. 3. A vehicle can check in/out any time. 4. Following information will be stored when a vehicle is checked in a. Vehicle Registration No b. The date and time of check-in 5. When a vehicle is checked-out, the system will calculate and display the total amount that the vehicle owner owns to pay. At the same time this sale detail is stored against vehicle number for later audit. 6. if the all parking slots are full at a time of check-in, the system may allow the vehicle to be on waiting list in a queue if the vehicle owner is desired, till a slot is available. The system should allow 10 vehicles maximum at a time that should accommodate in the waiting list. As soon as a slot is available, the system will automatically push the first came in vehicle from the waiting queue to parking slot. 7. The system will be able to display the whole sale details per day against each vehicle when it is required at any time. 8. The system also will be able to check the available parking slots at given time. 9. The same vehicle can check-in/ check-out many times per day.
