Building a social postboard for condominium neighbours.

We need to develop a website ( and mobile apps in the future ) for a concept that we are building. The entire concept is directed at the Swedish market, although i could do all translating if that´s an issue. We want to build a website where users who live in condos can sign up and connect with other neighbours in the same condo. Then they can post different items such as: swapping laundrytimes, noise complaints, for sale/swap/give away etc. We want the posts to be displayed in a ”facebook” like manor, so that users can comment on a post, and only people who click on the post will see those comments. Think of it as a digital postboard for the specific condominium communities. The website should be extremely mobile friendly, and have a sleek modern feel to it. Users need to register with: Firstname, Lastname, adress, email, phonenumber and social security number ( in swedish ”personnummer”) to be able to view the site. The user shall receive a verification text to his /hers phone , and then be promted to use that code for activation. I have experience working in project management and SCRUM , and i have knowledge of ASP.NET , C#, HTML etc so i´ll be available for different technical issues and concepts aswell. As a first step i was thinking we should produce a MVP ( Minimum Viable Product ) With this i mean that we should focus on getting the key features up and running , and keeping the design etc lean until we can do validation with this website to assure that the customers are there and willing to engage. In the later stages of developement and if the MVP is successful, we would also need help with building a platform for advertisements to be shown between the regular posts from users.
