Build a website using "The8" theme from themeforrest

I have purchased “The8 Corporate Business HTML Template” on themeforest and would like a Wordpress HTML developer to set-up and customize based upon my specifications. Please indicate that you have read the following details in depth before bidding on this project: - 20 pages on website; - I have all videos and images purchased and ready to go; - I need the website set-up based upon our specifications and colors (to match logo, etc.); - We are requesting color and image changes for the most part, with the possibility of some minor page changes depending upon what’s available with the theme; - All pages are based upon existing layouts within the theme - mock-up notes provided; - Preference given to developers who have worked on this theme before; - The theme layout, content, and images will be provided by us when we award the project; We will need the website to be integrated with (hooked into) the following services: - CodeGuard (back-up service) - TimeTrade - Mailchimp - Social Media Please make sure your bid includes: - 100% completed work to our satisfaction; - minor changes and fixes based upon the above; - build-out on our hosting site account or free migration to our hosting site once work is completed;
