Build a website similar to Shiply

This website will be an aggregator for the packers and movers. like shiply, login to view], user will enter the relocation details(upload photos/pre loaded item selection) and will get the quotation from our registered vendors. User can compare the details and book some one. This project will have three modules. 1.) User :- a) User can post relocation needs. b) user can compare quotations from vendors. c) user can send messages to packers and movers d) user can see Past history. 2.)Vendor :- a) vendor can see and quote for user relocation need. b) see the messages from user and reply. c) vendor can see his outstanding balance. 3.) Admin :- a) Admin can see user relocation req and approval to go visible. b) Can see all the responses from vendors. c) register vendor. d) Payment history Note :- 1.) We would like to go very aggressively and looking for full time web developers only, with a dedictaed team of UI, Grpahics desginer and functional developers. 2.)We have at max 1 month time for dev and 15 days for testing, bug fixing and go live related activities. 2.) Bangalore based candidates will be preferred. 3.) We may think of equity options for an ideal candidate, therefore mentioned price is not the final one.
