I need an android expert from India who is willing to be a technical partner(CTO) after implementing the app. It is for my tech startup and to be completed in 3 months duration. After the development I will add the person as a CTO legally for my startup with revenue sharing of 5%. Please bid only if you are serious android developer. I need the person who is expert in maps and location based services development using android also it requires a back-end for administration and to connect with website.
