I have an existing of which I made over 10 years which is fine but now I am making few changes which would make the site more efficient, the site is made up of a mashup of many other scripts from off code canyon, I already fully redesigned the site already what would be required of you is install 4 other scripts to the main site, design the main site's database of which I rather design the forms my self, as the forms will be the key factor of the site, the site is for commercial realestate financing of which I would have the loan criteria of about 20 banks in the database as well as the option for admin or the lender them self being able to add/edit new criteria upon the approval from admin, there is also going to have borrowers personal info and what they are looking for, the software will notify me when a borrower input in a deal and of which lender can do the loan based on their loan criteria in the DB, it dose this by email to me with, I the have the option to login to admin and approve to which lender gets to see it.
