Build a Website in already owned wordpress template

We currently have a live website with [login to view URL] and all content is on the current site. We have purchased a template that is sitting on our server that needs to be completed. We need someone to finish transferring the data from the old site to the new one and then launch the new site with some new features that will need to be built. WORDPRESS Site will need to be completed with all images, videos linked correctly and fully functional. We would also like new elements built into the new site: A sign-up registration form built in several pages (each registration form slightly different to suit the subject on the page) with their details automatically transferred to a mailchimp specific folder and an automated email sent back to them with an embedded video and PDF. An online donation gateway with one off donations (amount left to their choice), and then 4 monetary options for weekly, fortnightly and monthly directly debit options paid directly into our account with an automatic receipt issued and an embedded video link from youtube along with a PDF sent to the donor and then their details automatically registered in with a specific list made in Mailchimp. A newsletter registration built on the home page that transfers the data directly into mailchimp. A blog. Google analytics linked All to be left in wordpress editable for our staff.
