Build a Website EXACTLY as design

Hello Freelancers! This is our current website: [login to view URL] We want to update it, and we already have the design for our new website. This design was made by us, we do not have too much graphic design skills, but we came up with the design mockup (SEE ATTACHED PICTURES). WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT: 1. Can convert that design into a fully functional and responsive Wordpress website. 2. Can deliver in a max time of 8 days (start working immediately). 3. Can provide with constant updates, to see how it is is being done. 4. Is very very creative, and can provide us with ideas to make our website even better than the provided design (images). YOU NEED TO DELIVER: 1. All web and graphic files, editable. 2. Fully editable Wordpress backend. NOTES: 1. Total 6 pages: frontpage, calendar, about us, event info page, contact page, faqs page. (only uploaded design for 3). 2. Since we do not have graphic design skills, those images were done by us using Adobe Fireworks, are not fully editable... those images are just for you to guide yourself through this project, but you will eventually need to do graphic design as well. DO NOT BID if: 1. You are not ready and available to start working immediately. 2. Do not feel you can deliver an identical fully funcional website based on the images and design provided. 3. You will ask for more money than what is agreed with your bid. 4. Are not willing to make modifications until ready. 5. Do not provide constant (daily or more than daily) updates. Thanks.
